We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase of THM products through the THM online store. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a new, unused THM product that you purchased through the THM online store, please contact us at usstore@THM.bike. You will receive 100% of the purchase price, no refund will be given for original or return shipping.
If you believe that a THM product that you purchased may be eligible for a warranty evaluation due to a defect in its materials or workmanship, please contact our Warranty Department at email@example.com to request a RMA number. To help expedite your warranty evaluation request, please provide as much detail as possible in your email, including your order number, the purchase date, the product item number and a description of the product as well as a picture of the condition or defect. ANY items returned to THM WITHOUT an RMA number will be refused.
You must write the RMA number applicable to your return package on the outside of your package and ship it to us at the following address:

Please note that it generally takes 48/72 Hours to process a return package after it arrives at our offices. You will receive an email confirmation when we receive your return package.
